How To Start 2018 Right! Training And Nutrition Advice
Yo team welcome back Happy New year and all that jazz! So first vlog of 2018 and it’s a big one so grab your popcorn! First of all follow me through my first big session hitting OHS and snatches before hitting 2 tasty little 10min EMOM’s with my good friend Matt later on. Mid way through the video l sit down and answer a couple of nutrition related question in one big piece to camera so if you just want to see the training or really know your nutrition so don’t need that part just look to the bottom of the screen for the prompt to the time to move forward to. Like l say all the time this is just my honest opinion and by no means believe it should be taken as gospel but l do think people over complicate it massively at this time of the year and a lot of that comes down to other peoples crap they choose to share.
