My birth center clients are often worried about if it’s dangerous in their pregnancy if they wake up on their back. Many go as far as forcing themselves to sleep on their left sides for the entire 9 months, assuming this is the safest recommendation.
In today’s Midwife Monday Video, I am going to quickly touch on the best and worst sleeping positions in pregnancy and will offer a few alternatives to back-sleeping that may help make mamas a little more comfortable at night!
